L’ idea è nata in seguito ad una riflessione su quante capsule e quante tonnellate di caffè vengono sprecate all’ anno.

Il nostro progetto mirerà a realizzare un pellet dai fondi di caffè ottenuto dal riciclo delle capsule di caffè e dagli scarti dei distributori automatici.

Il nostro fine è quello di poter salvare più materiale possibile al fine di creare un economia circolare ed evitare l’ abbattimento di alberi.

Il nostro prodotto eviterà uno smaltimento non corretto di questi rifiuti che portano a elevate emissioni di c02 , in oltre il nostro pellet sarà un’ eccellente alternativa a quello tradizionale .

Da svariati mesi lavoriamo a costruire una rete di fornitori , e al momento molte sono le aziende che sono disposte a collaborare con noi. In oltre l’ università degli studi di Roma Tor Vergata ha offerto il suo sostengo per l’iniziativa.

The idea was born following a reflection on how many capsules and how many tons of coffee are wasted per year.

Our project will aim to create a pellet from coffee grounds obtained from the recycling of coffee capsules and from the waste of vending machines.

Our aim is to be able to save as much material as possible in order to create a circular economy and avoid the felling of trees.

Our product will avoid an incorrect disposal of these wastes that lead to high CO2 emissions, in addition our pellets will be an excellent alternative to the traditional one. For several months we have been working on building a network of suppliers, and at the moment there are many companies that are willing to collaborate with us.

In addition, the University of Rome Tor Vergata offered its support for the initiative.

At the moment we are about to participate in the Lazio start-cup.
