I prodotti sviluppati sono due: La Starter-House e i moduli Add-On

La Starter-House è la casa di partenza con gli spazi indispensabili che un’abitazione per una persona deve avere, a questa si possono aggiungere i moduli Add-On, moduli supplementari ad uso specifico che vanno ad ampliare la superficie della casa. Questi possono essere rimossi quando non sono più utili ai suoi abitanti e reimmessi sul mercato.

Grazie al nostro sistema di ancoraggi, l’aggiunta o rimozione dei moduli può avvenire in qualunque momento, riconfigurando e modulando la superficie della casa e il suo consumo energetico. Allo stesso tempo, grazie alla ns. tecnologia IoT, NOCOTÙ è capace di rispondere autonomamente e di adattare la sua forma a diversi contesti e zone climatiche, garantendo comfort termico costante ai suoi abitanti e minimizzando l’impiego di sistemi ausiliari per il riscaldamento o raffrescamento degli spazi.

Nell’ultimo anno, NOCOTÙ ha ricevuto importanti premi e riconoscimenti che validano le potenzialità del nostro progetto. 

Nello specifico:
– Premio speciale nel contesto del Myllenium Award –  categoria MySocialImpact.
– Finalisti della StartCup Competition dell’Emilia Romagna – edizione 2021
– Vincitori italiani della Call W4RES –  edizione 2021

NOCOTÙ was born from the experiences of the team that in Caracas collaborated with the arch. LabProFab and InSitu in the execution of a project for the reactivation of a public space through the reuse and reconditioning of used containers.

A cultural park has been developed that transforms itself according to collective needs into a meeting place supporting the cultural, sporting and productive activities for the community.

Our aim is to transfer these principles of mutability to the housing sector, to industrialise and bring to market a housing solution capable of adapting its form to the needs that people may have at different times in their lives, and to the climatic conditions of the context in which it is located.

Two products have been developed: Starter House and Add-On Modules.

The Starter-House is the initial house with the essential spaces that a home for one person must have, to which Add-On Modules can be added, additional modules for specific uses that extend the surface area of the house. These can be removed when they are no longer useful to the inhabitants and reintroduced to the market.

Thanks to our anchoring system, modules can be added or removed at any time, reconfiguring and modulating the surface area of the house and its energy consumption. At the same time, thanks to our IoT technology, NOCOTÙ is able to respond autonomously and adapt its shape to different contexts and climatic zones, guaranteeing constant thermal comfort to its inhabitants and minimising the use of auxiliary systems for heating or cooling the spaces.

Over the past year, NOCOTÙ has received important awards and recognitions that validate the potential of our project.

Specifically:
– Special prize in the context of the Myllenium Award – MySocialImpact category. – Finalists of the StartCup Competition of Emilia Romagna.
