In una società che funzioni ogni individuo dovrebbe ricoprire un ruolo sociale in cui identificarsi per sentirsi parte di essa. Il contatto con le difficoltà dei giovani, le paure e i dubbi sul loro futuro, ci hanno sempre messo in discussione rispetto ai loro bisogni. Attraverso il dialogo con i ragazzi con cui lavoriamo, ci siamo rese conto del disorientamento in cui si trovano una volta terminati o abbandonati gli studi. Da un giorno all’altro si ritrovano catapultati nel mondo adulto ed uno degli interrogativi più frequenti è: “Adesso tocca a me, cosa farò?!”. In una fase così delicata della vita forse manca un tassello che faccia da ponte tra il loro vissuto e ciò che potranno essere. Crediamo che tutti i ragazzi abbiano bisogno di un supporto verso il loro futuro, affinchè non si sentano abbandonati ma parte di una società nella quale c’è un posto per ognuno. Il nostro progetto prevede la fondazione di un’associazione che si occupi di sostenere concretamente questi ragazzi attraverso uno sportello che operi su diversi piani:
Sensibilizzazione: tra i nostri obiettivi principali c’è quello di creare una solida rete territoriale, che aggreghi non solo le istituzioni e le associazioni ma anche luoghi e iniziative di diversa matrice. In questa visione globale del territorio, la comunità stessa diventa educante e promotrice delle svariate possibilità, accompagnando i ragazzi nella creazione del loro futuro.
Sportello itinerante: per avvicinare e incontrare i ragazzi nei diversi spazi da loro frequentati,abbiamo pensato ad un servizio itinerante. Saremo presenti sia nelle istituzioni,sia in luoghi di natura informale.
Fase conoscitiva: attraverso il dialogo e la relazione con il ragazzo, andremo a scoprire quali sono le risorse individuali e gli obiettivi principali.
Stesura progetto e curriculum: si procede con la stesura di un progetto condiviso da concretizzare nell’arco di un anno circa,a seconda del ragazzo.
Messa in atto: lavorare sul progetto attraverso azioni concrete (ricerca lavoro, tirocini, formazione, attività di socializzazione,..).
Blog e verifica: verifica condivisa del progetto. Alla conclusione del percorso ogni ragazzo sarà invitato a scrivere la sua esperienza sul nostro blog (restando anonimo), avendo così la possibilità di ripercorrere le proprie tappe trovando nei social un linguaggio a lui più vicino. Questo permette al ragazzo di prendere consapevolezza del lavoro svolto e riflettere su quanto ancora può realizzare. Saranno i ragazzi stessi promotori e parte attiva del progetto. Attraverso la rete, tutta la comunità può essere partecipe di quanto stiamo realizzando. A chi è rivolto il servizio:

• ai NEET, ragazzi che non sono inseriti in un percorso formativo nè lavorativo;
• ai ragazzi non più in carico ai servizi sociali e in situazioni di disagio.

Al centro del nostro progetto c’è il ragazzo con le sue domande e i suoi sogni. In quest’ottica la nostra équipe non si avvarrà di strategie preconfezionate, ma sarà elastica,multidisciplinare e orientata all’inclusione.

 

In a society that works well,every individual plays a social role in which he can identify himself to feel part of it and recognize himself as an active part. Our everyday contact with the difficulties of young people and the fears and doubts about the future role have always questioned us about their needs. Through the dialogue with the young people we work with, we have become aware of the disorientation they fall in, once they finish or leave the studies. Suddenly they find themselves catapulted into the adult world and one of the most frequent questions is: “Now it’s up to me, what will I do?”. In such a delicate phase of life, maybe a piece is missing create a bridge between their experience and what they will be. We strongly believe that all children need support for their future, so that they do not feel abandoned, but part of a society in which there is a place for everyone. Our project involves the realization of an association that can support these youngster concretely, through a travelling help desk and working on different levels:
Consciousness: our main objective is to create a solid territorial network that aggregates not only institutions and associations, but also places and initiatives coming from different contexts. In this global vision of the territory, the community itself becomes educator and promoter of various possibilities, accompanying the children during the creation of their future.
Travelling Help desk: to approach and meet the children in the different places they frequent, we have thought of a traveling service. We will be present both in institutions and in places of informal nature.
“Fact finding” phase: through the dialogue and the relationship with the children, we will discover together the individual resources and the main objectives.
Project and curriculum: we proceed with the drafting of a shared project, that has to be actualized in about a year, depending on the child.

Realization: to work on the project through concrete actions(job research, internships, training, socialization activities,..).
Blog and check: verification of the project. At the end of the path each child will be invited to write his experience on our blog (remaining anonymous), having the opportunity to recall their steps with the social language that is closer to young people. This allows the youngster to become aware of the work done and to reflect on what still can be done. The young people themselves will be promoters and active part of the project. Through the network, the whole community can participate in what we are doing. For whom is the Service for:
– NEETs, youngsters who are not included in a training or working path;
– children no longer in charge of social services living in a disadvantaged situation.
In the center of our project there is the child with his questions and his dreams. Keeping this in mind, our team will not use pre-packaged strategies, but will be flexible, multidisciplinary and inclined towards inclusion.
