The projest aims to improve the experience of the car sharing, solving the lack of veicols, decreasing the periods of non-use, supporting the shared use or in succession of vehicles.
According to the research made by ANIASA, the association that works in the Confindustria complex,
representing companies that carry out activities related to mobility, vehicle rental and car sharing, on a sample of 2000 people, the average user is a man of about 38 years, who for a 46% lives in central or semi-central areas of the city, where the 27% of the sample benefits from the service.
The car it’s used mostly for work reasons and on average once a week. Less than the 30% has used the car sharing more than once in 2016, the 7% of the sample instead claim to use the service several times a week.
The service we offer allows to amplify the enormous potential of the car sharing services; increasing the use of vehicles without the need for investments in new means, prolonging the sections of use of the single cars, eliminating stall periods between a reservation and the next one, ensuring greater mobility within the city, greater availability by the user and obviously economic advantages for the car sharing provider and for the user. Nowadays potential customers only use the car sharing services in the modalities arranged by the individual service providers. The service initially will be made up of one indipendent app, which allows to view on a map all the car sharing companies. The application will integrate a map able to view the vehicles of all car sharing companies. The user, based on his subscriptions, can see the fleet of cars of his interest.
